What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies and campaigns for Epic's franchises, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing programs from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with product, creative, community, and other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful go-to-market approach.
- Analyze market trends, player insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing touchpoints.
- Present marketing plans and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on global marketing or franchise management within the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
