What You'll Do
- Lead the global marketing strategy, planning, and execution for the Fortnite community.
- Develop and implement innovative campaigns and initiatives to engage, grow, and empower the Fortnite player base.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Comms, Creative, Business Operations, Publishing) to ensure a cohesive and impactful player experience.
- Oversee all community-facing marketing efforts, including content strategy, social media engagement, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze community sentiment, trends, and feedback to inform marketing decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of community marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
- Act as a key spokesperson and advocate for the Fortnite community, representing their interests and needs within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in community management and marketing.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in marketing and community management within the gaming industry, with a focus on live service games.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global community marketing strategies for major game titles.
- Deep understanding of the Fortnite ecosystem, including its player base, content creators, and competitive scene.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team.
