What You'll Do
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help guide marketing strategy, planning, and execution for the world's most popular game, Fortnite. The ideal candidate has experience building and executing marketing plans for global entertainment products, is a strong project manager and collaborator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
- Be a key driver for Fortnite marketing strategy, working to define goals and priorities across global campaigns, product releases, and brand initiatives.
- Act as the central point of contact for Fortnite marketing, maintaining a global marketing calendar and coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional marketing efforts.
- Lead campaign planning and execution for major Fortnite beats, working with internal teams (e.g., brand, creative, PR, community, product, publishing, etc.) and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed on time, to spec, and on budget.
- Coordinate with data teams to analyze performance, define key learnings, and inform future marketing efforts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of audience needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years in a marketing strategy or campaign management role, preferably for a global entertainment product or service.
- Strong understanding of the Fortnite ecosystem and player base.
- Demonstrated ability to drive marketing strategy, develop comprehensive marketing plans, and execute successful campaigns.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing strategies and insights.
