About the Role
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Channels to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Epic Games products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, and data analytics, to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our global audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives across various Epic Games products.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, push notifications, and mobile app marketing.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversion.
- Utilize web analytics and other data sources to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and optimize user journeys.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with product teams to understand new features and integrate marketing efforts seamlessly.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure global consistency and local relevance of campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing digital channel strategies.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, mobile app marketing).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data analysis.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for the gaming industry and Epic Games products is a plus.
- Experience with user acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and content strategy.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
