What You'll Do
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for our Creative Partnerships team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for creative brand partnerships. This role will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans to drive awareness and engagement for our creative partners.
In this role, you will
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for creative partnerships, aligning with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., brand, creative, PR, legal, business development) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership marketing initiatives.
- Manage external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and digital content, to effectively communicate the value and impact of creative partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, creative development, or brand partnerships, preferably within the games or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and experience developing marketing strategies for a business audience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- A passion for games and a deep understanding of the gaming landscape and its various communities.
