About the Role
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our marketing efforts, providing actionable insights through robust analysis and thoughtful measurement. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, product, and data teams, to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
What You'll Do
- Drive quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges within our marketing programs.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns and user experiences.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing measurement frameworks, including MMM, incrementality, and attribution models.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, effectively communicating the story behind the data.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the marketing team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a marketing analytics role, with a strong focus on quantitative analysis, statistics, and experimentation.
- Expertise in marketing measurement methodologies, including MMM, incrementality, and attribution.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools and techniques to create compelling dashboards and reports.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of various marketing channels and their associated metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
