About the Role
Epic Games is searching for a Senior Marketing Manager, Analytics & Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in marketing measurement, reporting, and data analysis to provide actionable insights for various Epic products. You will build and manage a reporting infrastructure, develop dashboards, and present findings to marketing and product leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of comprehensive marketing performance reporting and dashboards across Epic's product portfolio.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and data science teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements for new initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and explain performance fluctuations across acquisition channels, campaigns, and audience segments.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for marketing and product stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize marketing data collection, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend new marketing analytics tools and technologies to improve data capabilities and reporting efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing analytics, measurement, and attribution.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the marketing team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related data-driven role, preferably within the gaming, entertainment, or tech industry.
- Proven expertise in developing and managing marketing performance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (e.g., using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Kochava, ad tracking solutions, Google Tag Manager).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, with a knack for translating business questions into analytical frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Prior experience working on global marketing campaigns.
