What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for a talented Senior Marketing Artist to join our Brand & Creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of game art and marketing principles, with a proven track record of creating compelling visuals that drive engagement and excitement for games. You’ll be a self-starter who can drive projects and collaborate with multiple teams at Epic. If you’re a passionate artist looking to grow and make an impact on a variety of different games, we’d love to talk to you!

• Conceptualize and create high-quality marketing art assets for various platforms, including social media, websites, trailers, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and game development teams to ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Utilize Unreal Engine to create stunning in-game screenshots, key art, and other promotional visuals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game marketing and visual design.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior artists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

What We're Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional artistic talent and a deep understanding of marketing art principles.
• Expertise in industry-standard software such as Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Proficiency in 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Houdini, etc.) and ability to work with game assets.
• Proven ability to create visually stunning and effective marketing materials for games.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with game capture and video editing is a plus.
• A passion for games and a deep understanding of what makes them visually appealing.
