Senior Manual Test Engineer - Steampunk

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to translate requirements into comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
• Coordinate with product design teams to define testing parameters and validate design intent.
• Execute manual tests across application, cloud, and data platforms, documenting results and reporting defects.
• Develop and maintain test data architecture, ensuring accurate and secure data sets for testing.
• Analyze test outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements to streamline testing workflows.
• Produce final QA reports, summarizing test coverage, defect status, and quality metrics for release readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manual testing experience in complex software environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices.
• Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect tracking tools.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with test data management and security considerations.
