Senior leader responsible for defining and governing the enterprise architecture vision, creating standards and reference models, and driving technology modernization, cost efficiency, and business agility across all lines of business.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define, evolve, and steward a unified enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enforce architecture standards, reference models, and design patterns for software tooling, cloud platforms, micro‑services, and DevOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to translate strategic initiatives into actionable solution architectures.
- Lead governance processes to assess risk, ensure compliance, and drive cost‑optimization and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide architecture teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation programs.
- Deep knowledge of TOGAF or similar frameworks and extensive experience designing cloud‑native, micro‑service based solutions.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), DevOps practices, and security architecture.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to partner with senior business stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
