Software Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of wholesale CRM solutions, driving data‑centric strategies and integration across sales, marketing, and service functions using Salesforce and cloud technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the wholesale CRM roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and revenue growth targets.
- Lead a cross‑functional team to design, configure, and enhance Salesforce (or equivalent) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with core banking and data platforms.
- Drive data quality, segmentation, and analytics initiatives by leveraging SQL, data warehouses, and AWS services to provide actionable insights for sales and marketing.
- Partner with product, compliance, and operations stakeholders to translate regulatory and market requirements into CRM processes and workflows.
- Monitor performance metrics, produce executive dashboards, and continuously improve user adoption and system efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in CRM strategy and delivery, preferably within wholesale banking or financial services.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce (or comparable CRM platform) configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and cloud data services (AWS, Redshift, S3, etc.).
- Proven leadership ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of translating complex business needs into technical solutions.
