Senior Manager, Wealth Growth & Analytics - BMO Financial Group

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define data‑driven acquisition and retention strategies for wealth management clients.
• Design, develop, and operationalize predictive models and segmentation frameworks to optimize lead generation and campaign performance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end insight generation, translating performance metrics into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Manage a team of analysts and data scientists, fostering best practices in data engineering, analytics, and AI adoption.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and scalable architecture on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) to support real‑time reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative roles within financial services, with a focus on client acquisition and growth.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine‑learning libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow) for building predictive models.
• Strong background in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and translating complex analyses into clear business insights.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud environments (AWS) and data‑pipeline technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leadership.
