Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced training solutions for a global aerospace organization, leveraging LMS, instructional design, and agile practices to empower teams and drive continuous improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the end‑to‑end development of scalable eLearning and instructor‑led training programs for complex aerospace systems.
- Architect and maintain a robust Learning Management System (LMS) ecosystem, ensuring seamless content delivery, analytics, and compliance tracking.
- Apply instructional design principles and agile methodologies to iterate quickly on course content, incorporating feedback from subject matter experts and learners.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Measure training effectiveness through data‑driven metrics, reporting insights to senior leadership and refining programs accordingly.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in training, learning technology, or instructional design within a large, technical organization.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and complex LMS implementations.
- Strong knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and modern LMS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
