Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of technical services for global business systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud‑based infrastructure and data analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to develop and enforce cybersecurity controls and incident response plans.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business units, translating technical solutions into business value and measurable outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging metrics and best practices to enhance service reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT services, infrastructure, or technical program management within a large enterprise.
- Proven track record managing cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and complex data analytics environments.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and experience implementing controls.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
