Senior Manager, Technical Revenue Accounting

As a Senior Manager, Technical Revenue Accounting, you will be responsible for leading the technical revenue accounting efforts at Freshworks. You will be working closely with the finance team to develop and implement financial planning and analysis tools using Python and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue accounting, financial planning, and analysis, with experience in using Python and AWS to drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis tools using Python and AWS.
• Lead the technical revenue accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the revenue accounting team.
• Stay up-to-date with changing revenue accounting regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in revenue accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Strong background in using Python and AWS to drive business insights.
• Experience in leading technical teams and providing technical guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
