About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer‑facing service tools and platforms.
- Partner with engineering, data science, UX, and operations to deliver high‑impact features on an Agile cadence.
- Leverage data analytics and customer insights to prioritize initiatives that improve service quality and efficiency.
- Manage a team of product managers and senior individual contributors, fostering technical expertise and career growth.
- Ensure solutions are built on scalable AWS services and meet security, reliability, and performance standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading technical product teams.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale, customer‑impacting products in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and modern software development practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
