About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end technical architecture for identity and access management platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.
- Integrate AI capabilities into identity services, creating trusted, neutral infrastructure that supports emerging AI workloads.
- Partner with product, engineering, and security teams to translate business requirements into robust, cloud‑native solutions, primarily on AWS.
- Mentor and lead a team of architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of rapid delivery, high quality, and continuous improvement.
- Establish architectural standards, governance processes, and best practices for security, data protection, and identity lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering large‑scale, cloud‑based identity or security platforms.
- Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust principles, and security engineering.
- Proven track record integrating AI/ML components into production systems.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services, infrastructure‑as‑code, and modern DevOps practices.
