As a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for leading the technical accounting and financial reporting efforts for our organization. This includes ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of technical accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical accounting and financial reporting.
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with accounting software and Excel.
