Lead AI‑driven strategy for a global logistics group, partnering with the CEO office to shape decisions, design data‑centric solutions, and drive transformation using machine learning, Python and cloud platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI and data strategy across the organization, aligning initiatives with corporate goals.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff, Group CEO and senior leaders to translate business challenges into AI‑enabled solutions.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to design, prototype, and deploy machine‑learning models and analytics tools.
- Oversee the selection and integration of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and data infrastructure to support scalable AI workloads.
- Provide thought leadership, governance, and risk management for AI projects, ensuring ethical and compliant use of data.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics or AI leadership within large, complex enterprises.
- Proven track record delivering machine‑learning solutions using Python and cloud services (AWS preferred).
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
