Software Engineer
Lead a team of solution engineers to design and deliver SaaS integrations for industry verticals, driving technical pre‑sales, proof‑of‑concepts, and customer success using cloud platforms and APIs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing solution engineering team focused on vertical market segments.
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end SaaS solutions, including integrations, customizations, and proof‑of‑concept implementations.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Drive adoption of cloud platforms and API strategies, ensuring scalability and security across deployments.
- Develop and present technical demos, workshops, and white‑papers tailored to vertical‑specific use cases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution engineering or technical pre‑sales, with a track record of leading teams.
- Strong expertise in SaaS architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in Python (or comparable scripting language) for prototyping and automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
