About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Solution Consulting, you will lead and manage a team of Solution Consultants, overseeing their growth, development, and overall performance. You will be instrumental in driving technical sales engagement, ensuring the successful presentation of HighRadius solutions to prospective clients, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the technical sales process, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in coaching and mentoring high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the technical sales engagement process, ensuring high-quality solution presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align solution consulting strategies with overall business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HighRadius products and the broader fintech landscape.
- Participate in complex sales cycles, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to your team.
- Ensure the team maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales enablement materials and processes.
- Manage team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement development plans to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to overall organizational success by helping build a culture of operational excellence and an environment that fosters growth and development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical sales function.
- Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring a team, with a focus on professional development and performance improvement.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS and FinTech industries, with experience in credit-to-cash or treasury solutions being a plus.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
