About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of corporate finance forecasting and planning applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with enterprise architecture.
- Drive the integration of AI/ML capabilities into software delivery pipelines to boost productivity, quality, and time‑to‑market.
- Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud‑native design on AWS.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers and managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and security stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java and Python development.
- Proven track record leading large, distributed engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services, cloud‑native architectures, and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement Machine Learning/AI solutions within enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a focus on risk‑aware delivery.
