About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for health‑care platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team through Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous learning.
- Architect and implement cloud‑native services on AWS, integrating with pharmacy, benefits, and data analytics systems.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations partners to translate business goals into robust software solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience, primarily in Java (or comparable enterprise language).
- Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams in a fast‑paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), microservices architecture, and modern DevOps tooling.
- Strong Agile/Scrum expertise with the ability to foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering high‑impact health‑technology products.
