Lead a high‑performing engineering team building AI‑native Unified CXM solutions that power social media, marketing, advertising, and omnichannel contact center experiences at scale.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable AI‑driven features across the Unified CXM platform, ensuring seamless integration with social media, marketing, advertising, and contact center modules.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, setting technical direction, mentoring developers, and driving best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and UX teams to translate customer insights into robust, high‑impact product enhancements.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, from design and estimation through production deployment and post‑launch monitoring.
- Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., NLP, reinforcement learning) and integrating them into the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record building large‑scale, AI‑enabled customer experience platforms.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices design.
- Strong background in data‑driven product development, including analytics and real‑time insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross‑functional teamwork.
