Lead a high‑performing engineering team to design, develop, and continuously improve enterprise‑grade software solutions using Java, microservices, and AWS in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional software engineering team delivering enterprise applications.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable microservice solutions primarily using Java and cloud services on AWS.
- Drive Agile practices, sprint planning, and continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD) to ensure rapid, high‑quality releases.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee code quality, performance testing, and post‑deployment monitoring to maintain system reliability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java and microservice architectures.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in an Agile, CI/CD‑driven environment.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Deep understanding of software design principles, testing strategies, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
