- Champion best practices in software design, testing, and DevOps to accelerate time‑to‑market.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python, with hands‑on experience in embedded systems.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture for medical devices.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and team scaling.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient‑centric innovation.
