About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, setting strategy for automated testing across multiple product lines.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable test frameworks using Python, Java, and Selenium.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines on AWS, ensuring rapid feedback and high quality releases.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to define test requirements, metrics, and quality gates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new tools and practices to increase test coverage and efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software testing experience, with 5+ in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Selenium, and test automation frameworks.
- Strong background in CI/CD, Docker, and AWS services.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in media or large‑scale content delivery environments is a plus.
