About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing consulting team on ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management (ESM) transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, ITIL processes, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and deliver measurable improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.
- Develop and present executive‑level roadmaps, status reports, and ROI analyses to senior leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and best‑practice adoption within the consulting practice.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale ESM transformations.
- Strong expertise in ITIL, Agile, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
- Certified ServiceNow Solution Architect or equivalent is highly desirable.
