About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern security and enablement architecture strategy for cloud, edge and AI workloads, ensuring alignment with Zero Trust and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers to design, implement, and validate secure network solutions across multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to embed security controls early in the development lifecycle and drive automation of security policies.
- Assess emerging threats, perform risk analyses, and develop mitigation roadmaps that balance performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Mentor senior staff, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and represent the organization in external security forums and partner engagements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security architecture, network design, and cloud security, with a proven track record of leading large, complex programs.
- Deep expertise in Zero Trust frameworks, identity and access management, encryption, and secure API design.
- Hands‑on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern networking technologies (SD‑WAN, SASE, micro‑segmentation).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security – Specialty) are highly desirable.
