About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture for large, complex client engagements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, integrating, and deploying Salesforce solutions on public cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs and roadmaps.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices across projects.
- Mentor and develop senior architects and technical staff, fostering an Agile delivery culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proven expertise in solution architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and leading distributed technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering high‑impact projects.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent.
