About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive CRM strategies and implementation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead solution design, platform configuration, and customization using Salesforce best practices.
- Produce functional and technical documentation, prototypes, and integration designs.
- Manage project delivery teams, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Guide clients through change management, adoption, and post‑implementation support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience delivering large‑scale Salesforce solutions.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns (APIs, middleware).
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer, Architect) preferred.
