Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and mentor a team of 6‑7 Salesforce professionals, fostering technical growth and high‑quality delivery.
- Own the full lifecycle of the Salesforce ecosystem, from architecture and design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute long‑term platform strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmap priorities.
- Drive agile delivery practices, sprint planning, and release management using DevOps pipelines.
- Oversee integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and middleware, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns.
- Proven leadership of technical teams in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
- Deep understanding of CRM architecture, data modeling, and security model.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps (e.g., SFDX, Git, Jenkins).
- Excellent communication skills to influence senior business leaders and translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
