About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for responsible and generative AI across the organization.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists to develop AI models that meet regulatory and ethical standards.
- Establish governance frameworks, risk assessment processes, and monitoring tools for AI transparency, fairness, and accountability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to integrate responsible AI into customer‑facing solutions.
- Mentor senior technical staff, promote best practices, and drive a culture of ethical AI innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering large‑scale AI/ML solutions, with a focus on generative models and responsible AI practices.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, model governance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Proven leadership in managing cross‑functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
