Job Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Product Owner to lead the development and lifecycle of Salesforce 's end-to-end recruiting technology ecosystem — from the moment a recruiter creates a job posting through to candidate offer. This is a high-impact, full-stack role where you'll serve as the primary ES (Employee Success, a.k.a HR) Product voice for both recruiter-facing and candidate-facing platforms, defining strategy, building roadmaps, and partnering closely with Recruiting Operations, Engineering, 3rd party vendors, UX Design, Research, and HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to deliver innovative solutions that solve user needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruiting and artificial intelligence, user-centered product design, and delivering high-impact products. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all of recruiting
Conduct market research and stakeholder discovery to identify and quantify opportunities for AI and Agent innovation.
Develop and prioritize product features and improvements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Stay up to date with technology advancements and industry trends.
Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand difficulties, and find opportunities for new features and capabilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the primary Tech POC for the full recruiter & candidate journey — job creation & discovery, application, assessment, interviewing & scheduling, offer and more.
Work closely with Engineering, Recruiting COE, ES Data Engineering, Legal & Ethics, Research and UX Design teams to drive the product development process from ideation to delivery.
Partner with Salesforce 's Responsible AI office to ensure all agentic use cases receive appropriate approvals
Engage with Change Management, Communications and stakeholder operational teams to ensure successful product launches
