Lead a high‑performing quality engineering team to design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions using test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality across the product lifecycle.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional quality engineering team, driving continuous improvement in testing processes and tooling.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to integrate quality practices into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
- Define and enforce test strategy, metrics, and quality gates to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Champion a culture of quality, safety, and accountability, providing coaching and training to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
- Strong background in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in regulated healthcare or life‑science environments is a plus.
