About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end GitLab DevSecOps solutions for large, complex enterprises, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and performance goals.
- Lead a team of senior consultants and engineers, providing technical mentorship, project planning, and delivery oversight across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and Kubernetes deployments on AWS, leveraging Terraform and Python automation.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and roadmaps.
- Drive adoption of AI‑enhanced workflows and best practices, continuously improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience with GitLab, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Proven track record designing and delivering large‑scale DevSecOps transformations for enterprise customers.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Experience integrating AI/ML tools into development workflows is a plus.
