About the Role

The Senior Manager, Product Management will be responsible for defining, managing, and executing the product strategy and roadmap for a key product area. This role involves a high degree of collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver innovative and impactful products. You will lead a team of product managers and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HighRadius's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product area, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Translate market and customer insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Own the product P&L, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous iteration.
• Act as a subject matter expert for your product area, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the B2B SaaS or Fintech space.
• Strong understanding of financial services, particularly in accounts receivable or treasury management.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching innovative products that meet market needs and drive business growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower product teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
