About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end analytics for product features, from hypothesis to measurement and reporting.
- Design and maintain robust dashboards and data pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to define success metrics and run A/B tests.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders and influence product strategy.
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data quality and governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics or data science roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving product decisions through data.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms.
