Senior Manager, Patriot Sustainment and Modernization Programs

Lead the sustainment and modernization of the Patriot Missile System, overseeing program management, systems engineering, and project management. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the system's continued effectiveness and efficiency. This includes managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing project plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, systems engineering, and project management, with experience in the defense industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for sustainment and modernization of the Patriot Missile System.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, systems engineering, and project management.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and executing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of the Patriot Missile System and its sustainment and modernization requirements.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies to ensure system effectiveness and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
