About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end Oracle ERP finance solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and strategic objectives.
- Lead BPS initiatives, designing and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering best practices in architecture, coding, and testing.
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes through automation, data analytics, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Senior level experience (8+ years) in Oracle ERP finance architecture and BPS implementation.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
- Proven track record of delivering complex finance transformation projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
