About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI strategy, standards, and roadmap for the organization’s content platform.
- Lead a multidisciplinary data science team to develop, test, and deploy production‑grade machine learning and generative AI models.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure models meet performance, latency, cost, and reliability targets in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS).
- Mentor and grow talent, fostering a culture of rigorous experimentation, reproducibility, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and operationalizing machine learning or generative AI systems at scale.
- Proven leadership experience managing data science teams and delivering cross‑functional projects.
- Strong expertise in Python, modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Deep understanding of applied AI concepts, model optimization, and production monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
