About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated supply plans across the global network to meet product demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Lead demand forecasting and scenario analysis using SAP IBP and advanced Excel models.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams to align supply strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and resolve supply constraints, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels.
- Provide data‑driven insights and performance metrics to senior leadership for strategic decision‑making.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning or network supply management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life‑sciences industry.
- Proficiency with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
