What you'll do
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy to join our marketing team.
The person in this role will be responsible for defining and evolving our core marketing strategy for various Epic products and initiatives, helping develop and bring to market new experiences for our players. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of integrated marketing and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
In this role, you will
- Define, refine, and evolve core marketing strategy for a variety of Epic products and initiatives.
- Develop audience segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Publishing, Creative, PR, Community, etc.) to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
- Utilize consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment across all marketing channels (e.g., advertising, social media, PR, content, influencer).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing.
- Act as a champion for the player, ensuring marketing efforts resonate deeply with our diverse global audience.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, integrated marketing, or a related field, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or tech.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A deep understanding of brand marketing, performance marketing, and the interplay between them.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
