In this role, you will be a key leader on the Marketing Operations team, building and implementing strategic marketing plans for Epic's global publishing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing expertise and a proven ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead the global marketing planning process for assigned products/franchises, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand strategy.
- Drive the development of comprehensive, integrated marketing plans that span various channels and initiatives.
- Work closely with product, creative, and regional marketing teams to define target audiences, key messages, and campaign strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing plans, including resource allocation, budget tracking, and performance measurement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of marketing planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in marketing planning and execution.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing planning or program management, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing global marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- A passion for video games and a deep understanding of the gaming landscape.
