What you'll do
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Planning & Strategy. In this role, you will lead the creation and evolution of processes and tools that enable the Global Marketing organization to be a highly effective and efficient engine of growth for Epic, its products and partners. Your primary mission will be to bring clarity and structure to the Global Marketing planning process and to empower the Global Marketing team and its partners with a strategic framework for execution and decision making.
In this role, you will
- Define and drive the Global Marketing planning process from strategy to execution
- Translate the long-term vision into concrete actionable plans for the Global Marketing organization and its partners
- Establish key strategic pillars, define goals, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Partner with Marketing Leadership to continuously evolve our Global Marketing Strategy based on insights and business needs
- Work with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance leadership to define and track marketing KPIs and reporting rhythm and rigor. Drive continuous improvement through regular measurement, analysis, and refinement
- Be a thought partner to Marketing Leadership regarding new opportunities and potential challenges
- Lead special projects as needed to support Epic Games and our marketing goals
- Work closely with the Head of Global Marketing Strategy & Operations to develop and implement long-term strategic plans and initiatives

- Proven track record of success in marketing strategy, integrated marketing planning, and project management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making, marketing reporting and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into actionable plans
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) and project management software
- Prior experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus but not required
