HighRadius is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for optimizing marketing processes and driving efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, ensuring that all campaigns and initiatives are executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and maintain scalable marketing automation programs and workflows within Marketo.
- Manage the lead lifecycle process, including lead scoring, routing, and database enrichment to ensure data integrity and maximize conversion rates.
- Administer and optimize our MarTech stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Webflow), ensuring seamless integration and data flow between platforms.
- Develop and implement robust reporting and analytics dashboards to track key marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with sales operations to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, particularly around lead handover and CRM integration.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing operations specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Oversee marketing budget allocation and tracking, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in marketing operations to drive innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all marketing operations processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Proficient in MarTech tools such as Demandbase, ZoomInfo, LeanData, and Webflow.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing processes.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
