What You'll Do
Epic Games is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Marketing Operations who will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing processes, technology, and data to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the entire marketing organization. You will be responsible for defining and implementing best practices, managing marketing technology stack, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
In this role, you will
- Develop and implement scalable marketing operations strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive efficiency.
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, including evaluation, implementation, and optimization of tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, project management).
- Establish and standardize marketing processes and workflows to improve collaboration, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure consistent execution across all marketing channels.
- Lead the development and maintenance of marketing dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights into campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.
- Manage a team of marketing operations specialists, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality execution of all operations initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and IT to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization, implementing best practices, and staying updated on industry trends.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) across all marketing systems.
- Manage the marketing operations budget and resource allocation effectively.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management position.
- Proven track record of success in optimizing marketing processes, implementing marketing technologies, and driving measurable results.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present them clearly to stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or SmartSheet.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodologies preferred.
