Epic Games is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing, Creative Services to join our team. In this role, you will be a key leader of our internal Creative Services team, supporting our overall marketing efforts across Epic's diverse portfolio of products and games.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the Creative Services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee the intake, prioritization, and execution of all creative requests from various marketing teams, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Drive the development of compelling marketing collateral across various channels (digital, print, video, experiential, etc.) for campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and brand teams, to understand their creative needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Manage external agency and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative assets within budget.
- Implement and optimize workflows, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity within the Creative Services team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in creative services and marketing.
- Provide strategic guidance and creative direction to the team, ensuring all outputs meet Epic's high standards of quality and innovation.
- Manage the Creative Services budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact.
- Champion brand consistency across all creative outputs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a Creative Services, Marketing, or Agency environment.
- Strong understanding of creative development processes, from concept to execution, across a variety of media.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with agency and vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency with relevant creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for games and a deep understanding of Epic's products and brand is a plus.
