The Epic Games Store marketing team is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Creative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creative production and strategy with a focus on marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the Epic Games Store Marketing Creative team and their day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement creative strategies for global marketing campaigns, working closely with marketing, brand, and game teams
- Oversee the entire creative production process, ensuring high-quality, on-brand assets are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed to execute creative campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing creative
- Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, incorporating feedback and iterating as necessary
- Maintain and evolve the Epic Games Store brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience leading creative production and strategy for marketing campaigns, preferably in the game or entertainment industry
- Proven experience building, managing, and mentoring a team of creative professionals
- Excellent understanding of creative operations, workflow management, and project management principles
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing creative campaigns across various channels (digital, social, video, print)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, digital marketing, and game marketing best practices
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in game development or a strong passion for gaming is a plus
