What You'll Do
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing to lead the APAC marketing team for Unreal Engine. You will be a key leader in defining and executing our marketing strategy and campaigns, collaborating closely with global and regional cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a high-performing APAC marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across the APAC region to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for Unreal Engine.
- Collaborate closely with global marketing teams to localize and adapt global campaigns for the APAC market, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, agencies, and industry influencers, to expand our reach and impact.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Drive PR and communications initiatives, securing media coverage and thought leadership opportunities to elevate Unreal Engine's presence in the APAC market.
- Manage marketing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing technologies, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on the APAC region and a strong understanding of the gaming or technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and offline.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing, able to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in other APAC languages is a plus.
